Abstract

This article examines the intersection of spiritual well-being and psychological resilience among contemporary students. In an era of rising academic anxiety and social fragmentation, the study explores how non-dogmatic spiritual practices—such as mindfulness, reflection, and community-building rituals—contribute to emotional stability. Drawing on both psychological research and spiritual traditions, the research analyzes the efficacy of "contemplative pedagogy" in reducing student stress. The study argues that education must move beyond purely cognitive metrics to address the holistic needs of the learner. This contribution to JREE provides educators with an ethical and practical basis for incorporating spiritual wellness into the classroom environment.
